At long last we have our new windlass now installed and ready to pull our boats out of the lake.

Safety Boat:
Our recent application for funding towards a new safety boat has been rewarded by the Manchester Airport Community Trust Fund and we have been given a grant of £3000 towards the total cost of the boat and engine. We took delivery of the boat at the end of May (picture below).

New Club House:
We now have our own cabin which is a big upgrade on the one we used to share. After several months of fund raising and a lot of hard work we eventually managed to raise enough money to purchase a second hand cabin from TJ Jacksons in Buxton who were extremely helpfull and organised the delivery really gratefull to their team in helping us to making this happen.
